The Dining Spot For Any Occasion

Celebrate together on any occasion at Circl, Scandinavian dining in Melbourne CBD. 

Led by Executive Chef Elias Salomonsson (Scott Pickett Group, Vue Group), the food menu champions local suppliers and seasonal ingredients and features a highly considered and curated selection of dishes, designed to be enjoyed as either standalone meals or sharing.

Circl received its inaugural recognition with a One Hat rating at the Good Food Guide 2024 awards, within just a couple of months of its opening and again this year.

The Circl Experience

A thoughtful seven-course + snacks menu featuring everything from Yarra Valley smoked roe and Corner Inlet calamari to Macedon Ranges duck and our version of a ‘Toblerone’ to finish.

 

Each dish is built on local produce and Nordic technique. Option to add a spoonful of caviar and matched wines.
