Two cuisines, snacks + six courses. Circl and Bar Sophia will combine Greek and Scandi cuisines, joining forces with Yarra Valley Caviar for a one-off collaboration dinner this August.

 

We'll start the evening with snacks from both chefs and subsequent courses will alternate between them. Bar Sophia, Circl, Bar Sophia, Circl... with Yarra Valley caviar present across the menu.

Priced at $75 per person, it includes a snack and a flight of two 50ml wine pours, followed by a main course with an additional three 50ml pours and a mini masterclass from one of our knowledgeable sommeliers.
