Masterclass: Chardonnay of the World
No grape travels quite like Chardonnay. From alpine valleys to coastal plains, it has an uncanny ability to reflect the place it’s grown while still keeping its own quiet signature. In Burgundy it shows precision and restraint, in Germany it takes on a crystalline clarity, in New Zealand and Australia it brings power and texture, while Patagonia delivers purity with a wild edge.
Here, we’ll journey through a line-up that captures Chardonnay’s remarkable range. These wines remind us why the grape is both a global benchmark and a restless explorer — versatile, expressive, and always ready to surprise.

Masterclass: The other side of Burgundy

Ever fabled and increasingly elusive, the great wines of Burgundy are getting harder and harder to come by. Luckily for us, a rising tide does indeed lift all ships, and the wines being produced in the less-heralded places in Burgundy are as exciting as they've ever been. This masterclass aims to highlight some great wines from areas outside of the Cote d'Or, that may defy convention for fine Burgundy but still show excellence in quality at approachable price-points.

We’re opening the doors early for a multi-course dinner that leans elegant without the fanfare – snacks to start, five courses to follow, and a glass of grower Champagne to begin. Bookings from 5:30pm, last sittings at 8, just enough time to savour, connect, and toast to what’s next.
