BYO Tuesdays
Every Tuesday, we’re welcoming the bottles you’ve been saving. Bring one special bottle per person and enjoy it with friends in the glow of Circl.
Corkage is $30 per person and yes, you’ll still have access to our award-winning list if inspiration strikes.
It’s a chance to uncork stories, trade sips, and let your wine take a seat at the table. All wrapped in the warmth of a Tuesday night at Circl.

Circl of Love: A Valentine’s Dinner at Circl
Celebrate love this Valentine’s Day at Circl. Our cosy and inviting venue is made for celebrating special moments. We’ve put together a 4-course plus snacks set menu for $150pp, especially for the evening. Option to add wine pairings, with wine packages curated to match this bespoke Valentine’s menu and round out the perfect romantic evening at Circl.

This March, we welcome Sydney’s Garaku by Prefecture 48 to Circl for a rare collaboration dinner for Melbourne Food & Wine Festival.
From the team behind Garaku—a contemporary Kaiseki experience highlighting seasonal beauty and multi-sensory craft—Chef Derek Kim joins forces with our very own Elias Salomonsson to create a menu where Nordic flavours meet Japanese artisanal finesse. Four snacks, seven courses with the option to add wine pairings.
