Join us at Circl, 22 Punch Lane, for our 'Early Flight' pre-theatre menu.
Priced at $75 per person, it includes a snack and a flight of two 50ml wine pours, followed by a main course with an additional three 50ml pours and a mini masterclass from one of our knowledgeable sommeliers.

Truffle Dinner

A one-night menu celebrating the character of Australian truffles at the height of their season, moving through the redions from Tasmania, Victoria and New South Wales across five courses and snacks.
From Jerusalem artichoke to ricotta tortellini in truffle broth, with a dark chocolate finish featuring crème fraîche, PX and truffle caramel.

Circl x K-Sein Fromagerie

Join us this July at Circl for a one-night-only evening with K-sein Fromagerie, our South Melbourne Market cheese supplier. Created by Chef Elias and his team, the menu will celebrate cheese across four courses + snacks, paired with French wines.
Guests will begin in our private dining room with cheese-led snacks and drinks on arrival, followed by a masterclass from Victor, owner of K-sein, before sitting down to dinner.
The menu moves through a series of cheese-focused dishes, from choux buns with cheese custard and a twice-baked soufflé to gnocchi Parisienne, braised beef cheek with classic sides, and a blue cheese tart to finish.

Join us for a one-night-only Scandinavian-Japanese dinner with our good friends from Warabi (awarded two-hats at the 2026 Good Food Awards) as part of Broadsheet's Dine Out Festival.
The dinner will feature 8 courses with the option to add matched wines or sake. Tickets are $195pp.
